3-6: 4 hang Power Cleans @ 70%

6-9: 3 Power Cleans @ 80%

9-12: 1 Power Clean @ 90% +

Back Squat: 10x3 @ 85% 1RM

Walking lunges with KB 3x20 steps

Max L-sit holds x 3
