Weighted Crab Walk (20/14) 50m

Bench Press 4xAMRAP @ 80%

Strict Press 3xAMRAP @ 80%

Metcon:

14 min AMRAP

1 single arm Alternating KB swing (44/26) (35/18)

5 toes to bar (knees to elbow/leg raises)

5 HSPU (Wall climbs/box HSPU)

*each round you will add 1 rep of a single arm KB swing (1 swing on each arm (2 total) = 1 rep).

so round 6 you will do 6 alt single arm swings (12 total) swings
