ROMWOD
this is a video based program that we will work with for the next month or so to improve mobility and hopefully fix some holes in our movement patterns. (this also involves YOGA poses YAY!)
Bench press 5x5 @ 70% ( no bounce off the chest, slow on the way down, explode up)
